About Build&

We are removing the stigma of a project manager being a mailbox.

Build& was born from the intent to facilitate a diligent approach to construction. For the first couple of years the company’s primary role was as a head contractor undertaking building and fitout projects. After a number of clients had caught wind of our core message and approach, they began to ask us to facilitate the role of a project manager. This was an organic transition as we had been promoting the value that we could add throughout the early stages of their projects even as a head contractor.

On reflection the board decided to make project advisory our core business. We have a clear point of difference being from a background of direct construction delivery. Our team can easily add incredible value for clients based on our expertise. Our message from day one has been to take a diligent approach through expert advice and clear communication and so we figured this is where we are best positioned to add value for our clients.

We pride ourselves on providing consistent oversight, insightful assessments, clear communication, and attention to detail to add value along the entire process. We know this allows the consultants to focus on what they do so well, and they are incredibly grateful to have us on board leading the charge.

Our approach works in all sectors, but we specialise in and have a passion for Education, Health Care, new Developments and Aged Care projects.

Welcome to Build&, the pragmatic and diligent project managers, for exceptional project outcomes.

Meet the Team.
